UrgentFlow

Terms of Service

Effective date: 17 April 2026. Last updated: 17 April 2026.

These Terms govern your use of UrgentFlow, a countdown timer plugin and component for Framer, together with the Portal at portal.urgentflow.rnui.dev and the API at urgentflow.rnui.dev (collectively, the "Service"). By signing in or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

UrgentFlow is a Framer plugin and Code Component that renders countdown timers on Framer sites. The free tier provides fixed-date timers that point every visitor at the same deadline. The Pro tier ($7/month) adds per-visitor "evergreen" deadlines that persist across sessions, devices, and cache clears.

2. Accounts & eligibility

You may create an account by signing in with Google. You are responsible for keeping your Google account secure; anyone who can sign in as you can manage your UrgentFlow account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service, and you must be legally able to enter into a contract in your jurisdiction.

3. Free tier

The free tier is provided at no cost and may be used indefinitely. Free-tier timers include a "Powered by UrgentFlow" badge that links back to our site. The free tier's feature set, rate limits, and badge behaviour may change from time to time with reasonable notice.

4. Pro tier & billing

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.

6. Intellectual property

The UrgentFlow name, logo, plugin code, component code, and documentation are owned by the operator of the Service. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the plugin and the Service for the duration of your subscription (or indefinitely for free-tier features). You retain all rights to the content, site designs, and customer data you create using the Service.

7. Service availability

We operate on a best-effort basis and do not offer a formal service-level agreement (SLA) at the current pricing tier. We aim for high availability but occasional downtime for deployments, upstream provider incidents, and maintenance is expected.

By design, countdown timers on your published Framer sites continue to render in the browser even when the Portal or API is offline — your visitors will still see the timer counting down. Only Portal operations (sign-in, settings changes, new evergreen-deadline issuance) depend on the backend being reachable.

8. Third-party services

The Service depends on third parties including Google (Firebase, Cloud Functions, Identity), Freemius (billing), our VPS host, and the Framer platform. Their terms, privacy policies, and availability affect your use of UrgentFlow. We are not responsible for outages or changes originating with those providers, though we will communicate material impact where we can.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, error-free, or that defects will be corrected.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to us (via Freemius) in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or USD 20 if you are a free-tier user.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any third-party claim arising out of your violation of these Terms, your violation of applicable law, or your misuse of the Service.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. You can delete your account by emailing mrpmohiburrahman@gmail.com; deletion follows the retention timeline in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms, abuse, or a legal requirement. On termination, sections that by their nature should survive (IP, disclaimers, liability, indemnity, governing law) continue to apply.

13. Changes to the Service and to these Terms

We may change the Service and these Terms from time to time. For material changes to these Terms we will update the "Last updated" date and, for paid subscribers, notify by email before the change takes effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the Service Provider's place of business, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Where you are a consumer, mandatory consumer-protection rights under your local law still apply.
