1. The Service
UrgentFlow is a Framer plugin and Code Component that renders countdown timers. Free tier: fixed-date timers, no account required. Pro tier ($9/mo): server-backed evergreen per-visitor deadlines, expiry interactions, expired slot, and badge removal. Studio tier ($19/mo): all Pro features across up to 15 Framer sites.

5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to deceive visitors in ways that violate consumer-protection law or facilitate illegal activity.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract secrets beyond what applicable law strictly permits.
- Resell, sublicense, or re-host the plugin or API as a competing product.
- Probe, scan, or test the Service for vulnerabilities without prior written authorisation.
- Upload content that infringes third-party rights or is unlawful where you publish it.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.
6. Intellectual property
The UrgentFlow name, logo, plugin code, component code, and documentation are owned by the operator. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the plugin and Service for the duration of your subscription (or indefinitely for the free tier). You retain all rights to your content, site designs, and customer data.
7. Service availability
The Service is provided on a best-effort basis with no formal SLA. Countdown timers on published Framer sites render client-side — visitors still see the timer counting down if the backend is offline. Only Portal operations (sign-in, settings, new evergreen deadline issuance) depend on the backend.
8. Third-party services
The Service depends on Google (Firebase, Cloud Functions, Identity), Freemius, AlexHost, and the Framer platform. We are not responsible for outages or changes originating from those providers, though we will communicate material impact when we can.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
10. Limitation of liability
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Aggregate liability cap: amounts paid to us via Freemius in the preceding 12 months, or USD 20 for free-tier users.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any third-party claim arising from your violation of these Terms, applicable law, or your misuse of the Service.
12. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time via the feedback form; deletion follows the retention timeline in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms, abuse, or a legal requirement. Provisions that by their nature should survive (IP, disclaimers, liability, indemnity, governing law) continue to apply.
13. Changes to Service and Terms
We may change the Service and these Terms. For material changes we update the "Last updated" date and notify paid subscribers by email before the change takes effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator's place of business, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Where you are a consumer, mandatory consumer-protection rights under your local law still apply.
